Responsibilities:

The Senior Global Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the Demand and Supply Integration for the Division. His/Her primary objectives are to create a Consensus Demand Plan and a Master Production Schedule for the Manufacturing Centers (CMC). The person will also be responsible for coordinating the Private Label franchise. The position leads the consensus Demand Planning process with Marketing Managers, the Global Commercial Franchise Leaders and Senior Leadership for the Private Label product groups. This position coordinates with other supply planners, site Materials Management, and other groups to create production plans that meets customer service objectives, inventory goals, and operational cost targets.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Perform data collection and compilation to generate rolling 12-month or longer Production Plans for the assigned product lines and supply sites.
  
• Highlights demand/supply imbalances that could lead to missed customer service and operations objectives
  
• Ensures adherence of establish inventory objectives
  
• Documents entire supply planning process and follows the standardized procedures
  
• Provides KPI reporting on supply, inventory, and supply chain costs that include customer service, plan attainment, inventory, and new product introductions
  
• Provides support to the supply planning processes used in other sites and Divisions
  
• Identifies and loads planning parameters and data into Oracle to facilitate requirements generation and reporting
  
• Provides data and participates in the Sales & Operations Planning process meetings
  
• Drive ERP usage and process consistency across the organization
  
• Assists with development of requirements, test scripts, and implementation of ERP upgrades with any new supply planning software and process improvement
