• For high priority searches requiring dedicated effort either to identify very special candidate skills or to meet a very short time frame, we have Engaged Searches, where an engagement fee is paid up front and the balance is due on hiring the candidate.

• For clients who have candidate resumes in-hand with a either time or screening expertise requirements, we offer a screening service billed either hourly or on a flat fee basis.

• For senior level positions we offer a retained service with the necessary detailed reporting and face to face time required to successfully complete the search. The fee is paid in thirds; start, 30 days and completion.

• For companies that need candidates vetted, we offer background, education verification and reference checking.
